Driver Application

Use this application to apply for any Class A or Class B driving positions available with Labor All.  All positions require lifting a minimum of 40 pounds. Please bring both your CDL and DOT Health Card with you when bringing your application into our office.

 

MINIMUM DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

  1. Must have a current Commercial Driver License (CDL) with proper endorsements.  Must also have a current D.O.T. Health Card with long form.
  2. No Serious or Disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years as follows:   (a) Excessive Speeding,involving any single offence in a Commercial Vehicle for any speed of 15 mph or more above the posted speed limit. (b)Reckless Driving. (c)Improper or Erratic lane changes. (d) Following the vehicle ahead too closely. (e) Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.  No DUI’s in the past 7 years. (f) Hit and Run.
  3. No felonies or misdemeanors involving theft or violence.
  4. No positive drug test result or refusal on a pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, or post-accident controlled substance test within the past 7 years.
  5. No more than  4 moving violations in the past 36 months and no more than 2 in the previous 12 months.
  6. No preventable D.O.T. reportable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle.
  7. No more than two non-preventable accidents in three years.
  8. A minimum of  2 years, within the past 3 years, of verifiable experience in the operation of tractor-trailer equipment or one year recent verifiable experience in the operation of Class B Equipment.
  9. Labor All Drivers will participate in any and all driver safety training programs
  10. All Drivers will treat our customers and staff respectfully and courteously.
